Charlie and Roberta have
been in Astor for many
years. Along with other
business ventures, they
opened Sterling's Restaurant
and Lounge in 1989.
The restaurant has a very
generous menu with focus on
Italian, Home Cooking,
Mexican
Flair, Seafood and your
standards. Everything
is prepared with fresh
ingredients daily.
Roberta has perfected many
of her own "Signature"
recipes that bring in much
repeat business.
The Parkers are committed to
the Astor Community and are
one of the first to
volunteer food, their time,
their dollars, and their
employees for Community
events.
During emergencies, they
open their doors to
